Professor Ben Green has been a  Consultant Psychiatrist since 1995 and has provided over five hundred medicolegal reports to the Court. He holds independent clinics in Helsby, Liverpool and Manchester.

We do not ourselves analyse, collect or store data from site visitors during normal use of the site. We do not collect personally identifiable data. By "Personal information" we mean information from which someone else would be able to identify someone as an individual.

Report Provision

All our data is processed fairly and lawfully and in line with the U.K. Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).We process data provided to us to comply with the fulfilment of a contract with the instructing data handler/ a legal obligation to the courts.To help prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place customary physical, electronic and managerial procedures to assist in safeguarding and securing the information we receive from third parties.

Green Medicolegal Limited is registered with the Information Commissioners Office and is committed to the privacy in the use of client data. We process data provided to us by solicitors and other commissioners of court reports. This data is a copy of data held by the commissioners of the report. The data is processed by us according to our legal instructions for the purpose of assisting the court with a report. The report Is sent back to the report commissioners for provision to the Court.. We ask the subjects of reports to provide us with verbal or written consent to process the data and write a report for the court / report commissioners. We retain the data about the case until we know if the court case is settled, is not going ahead or we are asked by the report commissioners to destroy it. We hold data as securely as we can. Data is destroyed by being shredded confidentially by an approved firm.
